Safety and hygienic of food contact material have become an important aspect of food packaging migrations are hotspot in these research which have received more significant attention in recent years. Contents of heavy metal elements in food contact material are directly related to human health and social stability and development and are important reflection of food safety.According as EN71-3,A method for the determination of Sb,As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Pb,Hg,Se elements in packaging material contacting with food by ICP-MS was reported in this paper. and all analyze elements, the correlation coefficient of the calibration curves is 0.9973-0.9999, the detection limits are in the range of 0.28-11.40μg/L, the relative standard deviations are less than 5%,the recoveries are in the range of 84.9~98.7 %.The method is accurate, reliable and applicable in the analysis of food contact material and additive material for food packaging.A method for the determination of Sb,As,Cd,Cr elements in wood material contacting with food by microwave digestion-ICP-MS was reported in this paper, and all analyze elements, the correlation coefficient of the calibration curves is 0.9999, the detection limits are in the range of 0.08~0.22μg/L, the relative standard deviations are less than 5%,the recoveries are in the range of 84.9~97.2%.The method is accurate, reliable and applicable in the analysis of practical samples.
