The Philosophic Reflections Of Ecological Compensation

Industrial civilization has brought about a material wealth, while in a short period of two hundred or three hundred years, the natural material resources to obtain more than the sum of all the history of the past. However, the plight of accompanied the industrial civilization together blow on the face and come and resource depletion,environmental degradation, natural disasters, ecological crisis. Therefore, human beings have to consider the implementation of ecological compensation, through the restoration of ecosystem services to resolve this crisis, in order to seek sustainable development. Ecological compensation is in certain ecosystem services value under the premise, through the beneficiaries pay, the injured party compensated, provides incentives to moderate protection of the ecological environment, ecological system of material and energy input and output control, maintain ecosystem service function is continuous and stable operation. Ecological compensation embodies the concept of harmony between man and nature, and it is the guarantee of the system of ecological civilization.However, with the ecological compensation practice in many fields, the problem of incoming is: how to scientifically understand the ecological compensation practice?Ecological compensation should follow what kind of methodology? What are the goals of the pursuit of ecological compensation? All of these questions need to be thought and explored. In this paper, combined with the current scale of China’s government organizations to implement the largest and most of the ecological compensation project- the conversion of grain t-o green as an example, from a philosophical point of view of ecological compensation has theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper, the relevant literature to sort out and analyze the basis of understanding of domestic and foreign research status, the basic understanding of ecological compensation research. First of all, from the perspective of ecologicalphilosophy to interpret the connotation and nature of ecological compensation, this paper expounds the ecological and philosophical basis of the study, to build the theoretical foundation for the paper. Secondly, considering the ecological, economic,social and other aspects of the overall consideration, this paper chooses the ecological compensation practice of grain to green to forest as an example. Analysis of its history,implementation, benefits and challenges facing the present situation and challenges,as the full text of the practical basis. Finally, this paper focuses on the three aspects of the ecological compensation from the perspective of philosophy, from the perspective of epistemology, methodology and value theory.
