Based on S7-300 plc software-redundancy control system, an automation system with Wincc control interface is designed in this paper, which is according to the lubricating oil production process and the analysis of automatic production line of a company. Compiled and debugging are completed about program and interface of Step7 and Wincc, and several key problems are solved in the lubricating oil production process.The process automation control system of mixer is designed based on production process.First, system scheme is designed, and then electrical design of control system is completed by equipment statistic and I/O distribution. Finally, the PLC program and the upper device interface are designed.Because of some control difficulties, such as complex of valve and pipe of packing line,flexible and changeable of production line and complicated chain condition among valves, a method of control which is similar to matrix is studied for raising the programming,production line transformation and program scanning efficiency.According to lubricating oil production for optimum control system stability requirement,soft redundancy technology of Simens S7-300 PLC is determined at last, and its hardware network and program are completed. Its stability is confirmed by reliability theory.Industrial ethernet protocol is used by the communication of between lubricating oil control station and DDU station. S7-200 is used as server, and tow S7-300 s is used as client.S7-200 passive responds to S7 connection which is established by remote S7-300 client.The method of PID control is used because of utmost demands of mixer temperature control. It takes long time to find the three parameters of PID during on-site tests in actual projects. The paper conducts PID control simulation for transferring function of mixer temperature by using MATLAB/Simulink environment, and PID parameter set by using stable boundary law. This method has many advantages, such as easily realization and high efficiency.In a word, all of the control system is completed successfully. It improves lubricating oil product automation and stability of the system, and solves some key technologies and problems in production. It is able to meet the production requirement and achieve expected effect.
