Rubber is a highly flexible macromolecular with a series of excellent physical and chemical properties. Currently, there are more than 70,000 kind of rubber composite material such as composited with cotton, polyester, aramid fabric. It is important for the frame material of the fiber structure characteristics, mechanical property and composite technology to produce excellent fabric/rubber composite material.This paper was focused on the mechanism of mechanical linking at compositing interface. Both of Fabric structure and the surface roughness of polyester fiber were discussed. And the calendaring technology of polyester fabric and silicone rubber were also optimized.(1) In fabric/silicone composite material, silicone in viscous state can permeate into the fabric. It is closely related to the pore formed by the yarns or the fabric tightness. They will determine the silicone rubber to have good permeability. The interface bonding strength between the fabric and silicone was increased by the mechanical hinge role. If the covering coefficient of fabric yarn is low, the interface bonding strength is high. When the stretch force added on the fabric/silicone composite material is higher than the interface bonding strength, the broken in the form of strips will happen. But otherwise another broken form is the deboning failure.(2) In this paper, the polyester fabrics are treated with cold plasma. It can improve the surface roughness of polyester fiber and keep the fabric mechanical property. Optimal conditions: 3min of treatment time, 80 W of power output and 30 Pa of gas pressure. It can also increase the fabric/silicone composite material of strength of 8.64%, shear modulus of 12.03%.(3)Polyester fabric treated by the plasma were applied to silicone for calendaring. Based on their use within end product of the fabric/silicone composite material,the calendaring technology of polyester fabric and silicone were optimized. They are 8mm interval and 45mm/s speed of roller.
