Based on understanding of reconstructing reservoir’s development characteristics and remaining oil distribution feature, field tests of "three Measures" have been performed to develop the remaining oil in thin-poor layer, top of thick layer and lateral accretionary body, so as to improve the development effect. A matching technological process which suites for the reservoir characteristics of Xingnan block was explored.Combining with the well group sand body development characteristics, corresponding fracturing technology research of oil and water Wells is carried out to optimize corresponding fracture penetration ratio range with the method of general pressure and current limiting, grope for poor thin layers of reasonable sand quantity optimization method, to form the corresponding fracturing design process and the principle, and verify the feasibility of single sand body corresponding fracturing. Combined with thick reservoir remaining oil distribution, corresponding profile control technology research of oil and water Wells have been carried out to optimize profile control scheme. The thick oil layer top and lateral accretionary body internal residual oil potential digging methods are formed, probing a new way for effective development of meander distributary channel sand body deposition reservoir. Proceeding with the single sand body, combining the multidisciplinary research results and a variety of dynamic data, the layered injection or output fluid control technology research based on electric control allocation of production and injection have been carried out, to implement separate control of each injection or output layer and fluid producing profile or isotope test, ease the contradiction between layers, and improve the development effect.Through research and analysis, the following understandings are obtained:in this paper, through the "three Measures" experiment, a relatively complete exploration method has been formed, and make it possible for the tough reservoir potential digging of the poor thin layers, thick oil reservoirs and the side bodies. It has an extremely important significance for improving the oilfield development effect as a whole.
