The operation result of the pump has a direct effect on the improvement of the production load of the carbamide and the sound operation. So medium pressure methylamine pump is the key part of the carbamide equipment. Because of the operation precision, hydraulic condition, reliability engineering and the technology of shaft seal of the domestic pump factory could not meet the condition, all the domestic large petrochemical enterprises prefer the abroad imported equipments. The imported equipments still have some shortcomings such as the weakness of interchangeability and the most service required parts need to be imported which will lead great bad results such as wasting a great quantity of labor power and material resources, wasting working time, production halts, lessening the economic benefit of corporate and increase the cost of input. Therefore, to realize the domestication of medium pressure methylamine pump can not only meet the requirements of the domestic large petrochemical enterprises but also accumulate the experience of designing and producing methylamine pump which can improve the technology level of domestic pump industry and get more economical benefits and social benefits.This project is one part of the domestication of medium pressure methylamine pump,the main contents are as follows:(1)Through the theoretical study and field research of import medium pressure methylamine pump, we have a deep understanding of the fault tree of medium pressure medium which lay the foundation of the studying, developing, designing and producing the domestic medium pressure methylamine pump.(2)This paper makes the carbamide medium pressure methylamine pump of Tarim Petrochemical Corporation as the design parameter and uses similarity theory and velocity coefficient theory and combines with the design experience to make the hydraulic design of SCS centrifugal pump and make the 3D model of the flow passage components of SCS medium pressure methylamine pump by using the Solid works software.(3)Making numerical simulation analysis of medium pressure methylamine pump in the steady condition of different working conditions by using the CFX flow field analysis software and then figuring out the characteristic parameter of the pump to get the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of internal flow field.
