| It will produce much slime water during the coal cleaning process, and if the slimewater were misconduct, it would lead to pollution of the environment and waste ofresources. The operation status of the coal slime pump affects the running of deliverysystem directly, therefore the characteristics and effective facts of pump operation are thekey factors to maintaining the conveying system of the coal slime water, and they are alsofocused on by the studies on slime water pump.In order to make acquaintance with the inner and outer characteristics and innerpump’s wear patterns and others conditions of the slime water pump, firstly, freshwaterwas used as the media for testing the pump’s function under different conditions. Thenmake use of Fluent14.0for the simulation of the inner fluid field’s law, getting thesimulation results of the inner flow, flow rate, pressure distribution and pump’scharacteristic curves. Based on the freshwater test and the simulation results, two-phaseflow simulation of the slime water pump has been done further. According to thesimulation results, the wear characteristic of the inner pump has been discussed,finallythe blade design has been optimized.This thesis takes the100PZ slime water pump as the study object, and takes use ofcombing the numerical simulation with the experiments. It shows that the error betweenthe result of numerical simulation and experiments is in4.5%. The head of vane, twosides, the middle part, which all these parts have the solid accumulation in the large part.With the increase of the volume fraction and particle diameter, the accumulation is moreobvious, and these all make the wear of the vane is very serious while the head of thevane is also the place that the fluid crashes directly, its wearing more serious. Afteroptimizing the blade, the case of the accumulation of the solid particle has been improved,and the wearing of the blade has been decreased accordingly. Finally, it shows that theprocess of the numerical simulation can give theoretical support to the design andoptimization of the slime water pump. |
