Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, four kinds of corrosion inhibitor was synthesized, diethyl amino methyl styrene acrylic respectively three azole nitrogen, dimethyl amino methyl styrene acrylic, methyl benzene triazole morpholine and azole nitrogen in methyl styrene acrylic three piperazine. First synthesis of diethyl amino methyl styrene acrylic three nitrogen thiazole corrosion inhibitor, examines the synthetic reaction conditions affect the performance of corrosion inhibitor corrosion, the results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for synthesis: n(formaldehyde) : n(diethylamine) : n(benzene and three azole nitrogen) = 3:3:4, reaction temperature 25 ℃, reaction 0.5 h, the corrosion rate was 89.23%. By IR、13C NMR、1H NMR of synthesis of diethyl amine methyl styrene acrylic inhibitor compounds has carried on the structure and performance characterization.. Then synthesized similar corrosion inhibition of dimethyl amino methyl styrene acrylic 3, morpholine methyl benzene triazole and azole nitrogen in methyl styrene acrylic three piperazine mannich alkali corrosion inhibitor. Carbon steel is determined by using the method in 50000 mg/L HCI solution and 10% sodium chloride solution in the corrosion properties of four kinds of corrosion inhibitors. The experimental results show that the four kinds of corrosion inhibitor corrosion performance of high to low order as: azole nitrogen in methyl styrene acrylic three piperazine > diethyl amino methyl styrene acrylic three azole nitrogen > amino methyl benzoic dimethyl three azole nitrogen > morpholine methyl benzene triazole. Four kinds of corrosion inhibitors for the electrochemical test, according to the results of polarization curves diethyl amine methyl styrene acrylic three azole nitrogen is given priority to with cathode inhibition of mixed corrosion inhibitor, dimethyl amine methyl styrene acrylic three azole nitrogen belongs to is given priority to with anodic inhibition of mixed corrosion inhibitor, morpholine methyl benzene triazole belongs to is given priority to with anodic inhibition of mixed corrosion inhibitor, the methyl styrene acrylic three azole nitrogen piperazine belongs to mixed type corrosion inhibitor is given priority to with cathode inhibition.
