Viscosity reduction,the coagulation effect was undoubtedly the best use of oil soluble viscosity, pour point depressant, oil soluble viscosity reducer dispersed well, small dosage, good stability. High carbon alcohol acrylate has many advantages, which are not possessed by other viscosity reducing substances, and has a wide range of application prospects.According to the reaction mechanism, the synthesis methods of acrylic acid high carbon alcohol ester and methyl acrylic acid high carbon alcohol ester are: direct esterification and ester exchange method. The direct esterification method is a traditional method. This method has the disadvantages of low yield, much waste water and complex process, and it is a new method for the synthesis of ester exchange.Direct esterification and transesterification were applied to the synthesis of acrylic acid tetradecyl ester, acrylic cetyl alcohol ester, methacrylic acid tetradecyl alcohol ester,methacrylic acid cetyl alcohol ester and polymerization by polypropylene acid tetradecyl ester,polyacrylic acid hexadecyl ester, poly methacrylic acid tetradecyl ester, poly(methacrylic acid hexadecyl ester. The experimental results show that the method is easy to operate with high yield, high purity of monomer and polymer.With the alkali as catalyst by transesterification, the optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of tetradecyl alcohol ester, methacrylate and tetradecyl alcohol is 2.5:1, the amount of catalyst for 5% of the total material, resistance poly agent accounted for 2% of total material and polymerization temperature is 100℃ and high yield up to 80%; the suitable reaction conditions of synthesis of crylic acid hexadecyl ester: methacrylate and cetyl alcohol molar ratio of 2.4:1, the amount of catalyst for 5% of the total material, resistance poly agent dosage is 3% of the total material, the reaction temperature is 95℃and high yield up to 89%.Optimal reaction conditions of preparing methyl acrylic acid tetradecyl ester, methyl methacrylate and tetradecyl alcohol is 2.5:1, catalyst dosage is 3% of the total material,resistance poly agent for 3% of the total material, reaction temperature of 120℃, the monomer yield reached 89%; 10 6 alcohol for preparing methyl acrylic ester of ideal conditions: methyl methacrylate(MMA) and cetyl alcohol molar ratio is 2.5:1, the amount of catalyst for 5% of the total material, resistance poly agent dosage is 3% of the total material, reaction temperature of 115℃, monomer yield up more than 90%.No. 0 diesel as the object of study, a preliminary study of the four kinds of polymer synthesis viscosity depressant.
