The Research Of Problems Arising From Contemporary Chinese Ecological Civilization Construction

Environmental issues are major issues concerning the development of human society. As Comrade Xi Jinping said, the construction of ecological civilization concerns people’s well-being and our nation’s future. Nature is the cradle of all creatures including humans, and is the basic condition of human survival and development? Without a good natural environment, human society will lose a source of sustainable development.With our country ecological situation becoming increasingly serious, there is a widespread concern on ecological issues, the communist party of china’s awareness of the importance of the construction is constantly strengthening, from the promotion of the strategic position of the construction of ecological civilization at 18 th party, to establish a systemic and perfect institutional system at the third plenum of 18 th CPC central committee, and to haze governance becoming one of the most frequently mentioned hotspots in this year’s annual political sessions, the construction of ecological civilization has become an important part of our party managing state affairs, however, the proposing of the concept, the enhancing of the strategic position of the construction, and the establishment of the institutional system, is not an overnight process, which is continuously innovated and developed basing on the ecological construction by our party. Explore the process, which is of great significance for us to have a profound understanding of the thought of ecological civilization construction of our party, and to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper is divided into five chapters, mainly in the following several parts.The first chapter, starting from the developing process of ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction, inductive academia’s thoughts on their connotations, and try to give their definitions by myself, basing on a profound grasping of their connotations, a study of our party’s ecological civilization construction since the reform and opening-up is about to carrying out.The second chapter has traced the theoretical origin of our party’s ecological ill civilization construction since the reform and opening-up. Marx’s views on the relationship between human and nature is the theoretical foundation in the studying, ancient Chinese thoughts of ecological civilization is the cultural origin, contemporary western mainstream ecological thinking provides a theoretical resource and reference.The third chapter, analyzing the obstacles in the development of our party’s ecological civilization construction since the reform and opening-up, and through this statement foregoing, finds the way to push the ecological civilization construction forward.The fifth chapter basing on the summary of the foil text, drawing the experience and inspiration in the developing of our party’s ecological civilization construction, the concept of our party’s ecological civilization construction is the same strain, and which is continuously innovated and developed on the basis of practice.therefore, along the way, we must continue to adhere the guidance of scientific theory of Marxism, continue to promote theoretical innovation of ecological civilization construction on the basis of practice, and to correctly handle the relation between the construction of ecological civilization and other "four major construction projects".
