In the drilling process,kick and loss forecasting system will kick well leakage signal transmitted to the driller Taiwan remind driller appropriate treatment, in order to achieve the purpose of preventing kick well leakage. The system replaces the traditional manual sit Kong system to ensure the production safety of the drilling process, improve the work efficiency of the drilling.At present, the kick well leakage prediction system at home and abroad there are a lot of deficiencies. These shortcomings, mainly in the drilling parameters to select combinations of unreasonable, irrational on the sensor selection, dynamic data processing is not perfect and other issues. These problems led to the system is not timely, inaccurate, thereby reducing the drilling work safety and work efficiency.In this thesis, in order to solve the above problem, the development of a poor kick wells drain a set of new traffic forecasting system. The system combines comprehensive logging working conditions and pump pressure parameters, to kick well outside the measured import and export of mud flow is poor leakage warning, and then by the change in measurement of the total slurry volume of the mud pools to further confirm the kick well leakage, timely and accurateits information to the sound and light alarm to notify the driller. At the same time, the system also has a return pipe from under the drilling conditions, drying up the state, through the wellbore level changes in the difference between mud compensation.,and In the same time, the system can access a single operating mode to automatically eliminate false alarms. On the hardware side, the system uses ARM9 processor and the EM9161 motherboard module, transmission module, the flow module level module, display module, and A/D converter module design. The software part of the development of application software for Windows CE and the order of eMbedded Visual C++ to the preparation of the main program and the conditions of the subroutine. Design of hardware and software to achieve rapid, accurate forecasting kick well leakage.Through the above design ideas, this paper carried out the following work:1)The system uses the liquid level of the mud pool of mud, outlet flow, the inlet flow, the wellbore liquid level in the four parameters, to compare calculations to determine the forecast kick well leakage;2) According to the specific circumstances of the system equipped with a sensor model;3) We are responsible for needs analysis and the overall design of the system;4) We are responsible to complete the design of system hardware and software application layer function modules;5) Completion of the trial of the system prototype, field test of the prototype.The system design is completed and field test results show that the system solves the current forecasting system kick well leakage problems. Greatly improve the efficiency of the management of oil and gas drilling, but also reduces the workload of the management staff, while reducing the chance of accidents in the oil and gas drilling process, with a certain degree of practicality and the value of social marketing.
