| With the rapid development of textile science and technology, the Intelligent Inspection Machine for its intelligence, automation, information technology and other advantages in the textile industry had begun to enter production; whether it is in defect detection or it has a very good performance in the fabric tension control. However, most of the domestic Inspection Machine is still in the stage of semi-automatic mode; What’s more, the fabric defect detection method still relies on manual visual identification, which not only affects testing quality and human health, but also reduces the efficiency of production, so the Traditional Inspection Machine cannot meet the needs of the market.In this regard, the subject about electromechanical control systems for intelligent inspection rolling machine designs a more reasonable and economical, high efficiency program, which on the one hand enables the use of synchronous dual-motor control inverter built-in PID function, on the other hand enables communication design based on VB and IPC inverter, and the subject introduces a simple design of the IPC interface, in order to set of operating parameters and control system timely.For the purposes of this study synchronous dual-motor control, the system is prior to give one of the motor speed set point According to process requirements on the subject, the motor speed control of the main roll remains unchanged, the system simply adjusts the speed of the other motor in real time; uses about PID function of the inverter can reach the main roll,and the unwinding cloth roller tension is always constant; In this issue, we use the drive to achieve the serial communication with the IPC, and we reach the purpose of controlling the VFD-S inverter based on VB program, we use RS485 bus structure in a communication process.The issue of the control system of intelligent inspection volume machines includes synchronous motor control, communications of IPC and the inverter, the subject has been designed to achieve the effective control of the whole system and fabric information real-time display of functions; and we conducted preliminary experiments verification, and achieved the purpose of the desired design. |
