Analysis Of New Era Of Socialist Ecological Civilization

In the Eighth National People’s Congress’s report, our party put forward the slogan of a new era of socialist ecological civilization. The new era of socialist ecological civilization is with rich ideological content, theoretically speaking, it is another innovation and development of the theory of socialist ecological civilization, from the practice, it is a specific stage of the development of socialist ecological civilization practice, while having two properties:to be natural and real natural, and it also has two qualities of socialism and ecological civilization.The new era of socialist ecological civilization has two backgrounds, one is that the whole world include China are facing severe ecological crisis and human survival crisis, the other one is that the construction of ecological civilization of China has made some achievements, it has conditions to move towards a new era of socialist ecological civilization. The new era of socialist ecological civilization based on three theoretical basis:ecological civilization ideas from Marx and Engels’s, theories and practical experiences of China and ecology ideas of Western Socialist Scholars. Socialist ecological civilizationis is the reflection of industrial civilization, is the inevitable requirement of human civilization and the evolution of the law of development. New era of socialist ecological civilization should adhere to the concept of ecological civilization, and to highlight the status of the construction of ecological civilization,and make the "build a beautiful China and to achieve sustainable development of the Chinese nation"as the goal of the development, there are four basic tasks for the ecological system of civilization to complete:to improve land development space; comprehensively promote resource conservation, increase the intensity of natural ecosystems and environmental protection and strengthen the system of ecological civilization. Towards a new era of socialist ecological civilization, we must establish the concept of ecological civilization, and make the transformation of government functions and make establishment of institutions, and to build systems and mechanisms to protect the construction of ecological civilization, to change the traditional mode of economic growth, adjusting the industrial structure, vigorously carry out green technology innovation, but also pay attention to cultivate ecological awareness of citizens with ecological civilization and ecological behavior, and to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and jointly promote global ecological environment and ecological safety.
