Carbon fiber is a kind of fiber material with carbon content of more than 90%,which has the inherent characteristics of carbon materials, and has the flexibility of fiber. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, automobile, electronics, machinery,chemical industry, sports equipment and other fields. PAN based carbon fiber is a high performance fiber material, which is made of PAN raw silk as raw material, after pre oxidation, carbonization and surface treatment. The fiber is one of the fastest, the most widely used high performance fiber materials currently.Therefore, It is produced the research and development of high-end market of carbon fiber brand, based on the PAN of raw silk as raw material, the use of carbide device, production experience in the field of carbon fiber with carbon fiber technology Jilin Petrochemical Company and Jilin Petrochemical Company which produce carbon fiber over the years. In order to optimize the process conditions of oxidation, it is introduced the regular pattern of the influence of oxidation temperature on the product index, by adjusting the oxidation process of the product data and comparing analysis data. In order to low carbonization process condition optimization, it is introduced the regular pattern of the influence of carbonization temperature on product index, by adjusting the level of carbonization process and comparing analysis data. It figure out the suitable surface treatment process of carbon fiber grade JHT-45 through the process of adjustment and optimization of surface treatment. It find out the adhesive agent of JHT-45 through the comparative analysis of different adhesive agent for carbon fiber samples. In order to find out the appropriate draft matching,orthogonal experiments were carried out on device operation. Through the above test identified seven major influencing factors, orthogonal test was carried out, respective factors are: speed, preheating furnace draft, initial temperature of oxidation, final temperature of oxidation, low temperature furnace draft, high temperature furnace temperature and high temperature furnace draft, established 7 factors two levels orthogonal test. So as to optimize the production process, the production of high performance carbon fiber JHT-45 grade, meet the needs of the market.
