Research Of Roll Integrated Test System Based On Labwindows/CVI

The DSR roll of Baosteel is a dynamic shape control roller which is first applied to the steel industry in the world.With the increasing running time, DSR roller’s operational stability is getting worse.In order to solve the technical problems, we need to develop a integrated muti-functional test system to ensure that the DSR roll be in a good condition again.Therefore, the design of an offline integrated test system for DSR roller has great significance in both theory and practice.By the combination of theoretical analysis and field tests, the first domestic integrated test system was developed based on Labwindows/CVI.It includes two parts, one is the hardware which consists of high-pressure fuel system, multi-function test bench and flowmeter, the other is the software which is modular in design, and has function modules including user login module, data acquisition module, data processing and display module, data storage module, and historical data query module. By the use of data collection technology, multi-threading technology, and datastorage technology, which were based on Labwindows/CVI, the various functional modules of software were developed with a friendly human machine interface and multiple data information displayed in the main interface simultaneously.The offline integrated test system can complete the performance test of critical components in hydrodynamic power system and static pressure lubrication system. It also provides testing reference for the staff, which has great value in practice.
