Abstract/Summary:
Electronic jacquard as an important corollary equipment of weaving machine is widely applied in textile producing. As the wide width heavy load and high speed weaving machine widely used recently,it occurred that the jacquard’s upright axle rupture and motor burn down because of overloading while producing. Based on the fact that few studies which related to the load of jacquard was carried out. This article put forward a universal method to analyze the load of jacquard, the main research contents can be summarized as following respects:On the basis of analyzing the working principle of the jacquard, a single harness cord was taken as the object to study in this article, and analyzed the variation of force in return spring,warp tension and friction of harness cord with comber board and base plate when the harness cord pulling the warp. Then established each force model and further got the force matrix which required to calculate the load of jacquard.After the analysis of the commonly used shedding mechanism structure and working principle, this article put forward a scheme to simplify the model of shedding mechanism. In this scheme, the secondary components were ignored and the movement of griffes were simulated by ideal movement rule. The established shedding mechanism model had generality and easy to calculate. The virtual prototyping technology was used to verify its feasibility of the simplified scheme, and laid the foundation of getting the load of jacquard.It is established of the flower matrices corresponded to patterns using the software of Matlab, Combined it with the models established in former research and the parameters of the experimental prototype WL600-340 to calculate the load of jacquard. After that the period average power of the principal axis in the experimental prototype was tested, and then contrasted it with the calculated data to verify the analysis model’s feasibility.Using the models established in calculating the load of jacquard, this article analyzed the relation of the jacquard’s installation site and the load of jacquard. And put forward an optimized design scheme in mounting. Based on the comparison of energy loss and adaption on different shedding mechanisms, the research put forward a improved universal design of changing eccentric driving shedding mechanism to conjugate cam driving shedding mechanism, thendesigned and simulated the improved shedding mechanism.
