| One of the key problems in the design of automotive is how to isolate thevibration transmission between the powertrain and body effectively. The powertrainmounting system reasonable matched can effectively reduce the vibration ofpowertrain and improve the riding comfortableness. In this thesis, the powertrain mounting system model is established based onthe mining dump truck of a company, then the vibration isolating performance ofthe powertrain mounting system has been analyzed and optimized, the followingaspects are included:1. The basic theory of the powertrain mounting system has been summarized, including: the function, design principle, and layout form of the mountingsystem, as well as the stimulation analysis of powertrain, and the evaluationindex of powertrain mounting system.2. The parameters needed for establishing the simulation model of powertrainmounting system, especially the dynamic and static performance of mountingshave been tested and measured.3. By establishing the simulation model of powertrain mounting system inMATLAB and ADAMS, the inherent characteristics and energy distributionhave been calculated, and then the vibration response of powertrain centroid andevery mounting has been simulated.4. Considering the natural frequency distribution of powertrain mounting system, vibration decoupling and vibration transmission rate, the original powertrainmounting system has been optimized, so that optimized powertrain mountingsystem would have a reasonable inherent characteristics and good isolatingperformance.5. The vibration of the prototype has been measured, then the isolatingperformance of powertrain mounting system has been contrasted betweenoriginal and optimized one, and the effect of the optimizing design has beenverified. |
