| The steel-Al bonding plate, combined the high strength of steel and excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance of Al, played an important role in the area of aerospace, marine, rail transportation, chemical medical and others. However after the bonding plate prepared, there is lots of residual stress in the interface of the bonding. The existing post treatment find some disadvantages which have great impact on the fatigue behavior of the interface of the bearing during the rolling processing.This study will use pull casting bonding method to prepare steel-Al bonding plate, then study the effects of warm rolling post treatment on the fatigue performance of the interface. Make sure the optimal warm rolling temperature to obtain the steel-Al bonding plate with excellent mechanical property on the interface.(1) The warm rolling post treatment was established after we analyzed the interfacial residual stress and the existing post treatment.(2) Using DEFORM-3D software to research the influence of equivalent stress and equivalent strain inside the steel-Al bonding plate under different pressure rate.(3) Research one-pass and two-pass rolling post treatment on the interface of the bonding plate. The relationship between ratio of reduction or the proportion of ratio of reduction and mechanical property (Interfacial shear strength and ratio of interfacial shear strength difference) were set up and the relations between ratio of interfacial shear strength difference and residual stress was got.(4) Research warm rolling post treatment on the interface of the bonding plate. The relationship between rolling temperature and mechanical property on the interface was build up and analyzed the mechanism of warm rolling post treatment. The optimal rolling temperature which can obtain excellent performance steel-Al bonding plate was found. |
