The steel industries transform the mode of development in the21st century. Steelindustries improve the strength, toughness, life of steel to product of high-performancesteel, at the same time, and reduce energy consumption and cost. Only in this way thatcan promote the rapid and sustainable development of iron and steel industry. Warmrolling conform to the development trend of of steel industry, which has the advantagesof both cold rolled and hot rolled. Studying the organization and performance of45steel’s warm rolling, we find that organizations become small, but spheroidizingorganization is uneven. Also mechanical property is low, especially serious workhardening. So it needs to carry on subsequent heat treatment. Now the research of45steel’s warm rolling and subsequent heat treatment is less. So research is short of thefeasibility to prove warm rolling and short of the scientific basis about the spheroidizingannealing.Analysing the mechanism of spheroidizing annealing and organization andperformance of45steel’s warm rolling, so this article protocols spheroidizing annealingunder A1to simplify the process, shorten the annealing time and reduce the cost andconsumption. This paper studies organization and performance of spheroidizingannealing in various deformation temperature and deformation degree. And it analyseswarm rolling’s fluence mechanism for spheroidizing annealing. Using scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM), micro tensile testing machine and micro hardness tester, the paperanalyses the influence of different annealing temperature and time on organization andperformance, including fracture mechanism.The results show that warm deformation greatly accelerates the spheroidizing process,significantly shortens spheroidizing time and promotes recrystallization. Deformationdegree has great influence on annealing. It is greater, the more uniform and fine ofspheroidizing organization. The higher temperature anneal needs, the shorter timespheroidizing and recrystallization needs, and the more uniform organization presents.The longer time anneal needs, the more abundant spheroidizing and recrystallization needs. It gets the global organization only at710℃annealing and insulation2hours. Afterannealing,cementite average particle size is under1.2microns, and the average ferritegrain is under2.5microns. So the organization is small. The comprehensive mechanicalproperties is higher, so it meets the standard requirements.
