Low temperature condensation separation is the present natural gas purification process of the SuLiGe Gas Field.This paper issuing an new natural gas purification process over the SuLiGe Gas Field. This newly designed natural gas purification process can also suits for the similar natural gas components and operating conditions of the SuLiGe Gas Field.The newly designed natural gas purification process is Triglycol(TEG) solution dehydration combined with molecular-sieve dehydrocarbon which removes the heavy hydrocarbon components higher than Nonane in molecular weight. The newly designed natural gas purification process aimed at hydrocarbon dew point and water dew point temperature meet the requirements of National Standard Class Ⅱ for Commercial Gas and pipeline transportation simultaneously.This paper carried out detailed research on the dehydration and dehydrocarbon processing of natural gas. It also tell the merits and faults of the different natural gas purification process.This paper design a flow layout of the new Gas purification process. It calculate operating parameters of both newly designed and present processing of SuLiGe Gas Field. It also compared construction investment and running energy consumption of two different natural gas purification process.This paper also evaluated both newly designed and present processing by taken a series of calculations on both of them.After a range of comparisons, the new natural gas purification process of SuLiGe Gas Field shows an apparent superiority than present low temperature condensation separation processing after a number of researches has been conducted among them.The new natural gas purification process issued by this paper would significantly reduce engineering investment, running consumption and equipment maintenance compared with the present low temperature condensation separation of SuLiGe Gas Field.At last, the paper conclude that the new natural gas purification processing have more superiority than present natural gas purification process of the SuLiGe Gas Field. The Triglycol (TEG) solution dehydration combined with molecular-sieve dehydrocarbon gas purification process which this paper has issued is more secure and reliable than the low temperature condensation separation natural gas purification processing of SuLiGe Gas Field currently.The new natural gas processing should be applied in the SuLiGe Gas Field.
