In recent years,with the development of domestic gas field gas and associated-gas,we found that natural gas not only contains methane,ethane,propane and other major light components also contain wax,benzene and heavy hydrocarbons and other components.KS gas fields gas have higher methane content in natural gas,and containing less liquid hydrocarbon components.However,the natural gas contains a small amount of wax,heavy hydrocarbons and benzene,these small amounts of wax,heavy hydrocarbons and benzene are easy to block the separation equipment,affecting the normal production of the treatment plant,it is urgent need to solve the problems caused by wax during the natural gas treatment.In order to analysis of KS natural gas treatment process,this paper will be described from the following aspects:dehydration and de-hydrocarbon process,Heat exchange equipment and low temperature separator,Wax plugging problem and the research natural gas de-waxing and de-benzene technology.Using HYSYS software to simulate the low temperature separation process of KS natural gas,the hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas has already met the requirements and has reached the national standard GB17820-2012《natural gas》,but there is hydrocarbon in the pipeline.In order to solve the problem of hydrocarbon precipitation in the pipeline,through a thorough study of foreign hydrocarbon dew point control requirements,The results show that the hydrocarbon dew point standard of the European Association for Energy Exchange is better controlled by the problem of Liquid hydrocarbon precipitation problem,and recommends the natrual gas pressure at 0.1~7MPa,the temperature at-2 ℃ as the hydrocarbon dew point control requirements.Through the optimization of KS low temperature separation process,it is suggested that the low temperature separation condition is 6.9MPa,-31.5 ℃,which can prevent the liquid in the pipeline.KS natural gas processing plant failed to control hydrocarbon dew point,and the low temperature separator clogging.It is found that the diameter of the low temperature separator is small,and low temperature separator appears congestion.The high efficiency separation element of the low temperature separator is sensitive to scaling,which is not suitable for the treatment of KS natural gas.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the low temperature separator.The energy consumption of ethylene glycol recycling system in KS gas field is large,and the heat transfer effect of heat exchanger unit is poor,The separation of alcohol hydrocarbon liquid temperature and Ethylene glycol rich liquid enters the regeneration tower temperature is low.Based on optimization of process parameters,using the HTRI to design of high efficiency plate heat exchanger,the result is obtained BR1.05-3.0-15.75-Q-I.By reducing the gas treatment capacity of KS low temperature separator,it is found that the blockage problem is alleviated,but the blockage problem will appear again.Through the analysis,it is found that the problems caused by the components in the raw materials,such as wax,benzene and so on,lead to blockage separation equipment.Finally,it is determined that the condensate oil of DN gas field is used to solve the problem of clogging of low temperature separation element.HSYSY software is used to simulate the injection site of condensate oil,and the best injection position was determined by field test.But the condensate recovery rate is low,most of the condensate oil with the dry gas flow into the pipeline.In order to solve the problem of clogging by natural gas wax,heavy hydrocarbon and benzene,HYSYS software was used to establish de-waxing and de-benzene process,and the solvent was used to absorb the wax and benzene in natural gas.By simulating the de-waxing and de-benzene process,93%of the benzene and wax can be removed,and the process profits 26 million per year.The comprehensive analysis of the de-waxing and de-benzene process,this process has certain practicability and economic value. |
