Along with our country economic development demand for energy, pipeline transport industry developing rapidly, has formed a large number of oil pipelines and the gas supply system. Affected by supply and demand, the related oil and gas transmission pipeline infrastructure facilities still need to large-scale construction, in order to guarantee the safe operation of the pipeline and its maintenance resource rational distribution, the section risk evaluation is the most effective way to control the risk factors. If the value of a section does not reach the designated position, is likely to lead to used to maintain the security of uneven distribution of resources, serious will result in the failure accident, fire, explosion and poisoning events, such as the personnel casualties, damage the ecological environment, and bring heavy losses to the national economy. This article through to the pipeline safety risk assessment technology and the related literature at home and abroad are summarized, the foreign history of pipeline failure data should be taken as the basis of investigation, including pipeline safety risk factors, failure frequency, pipeline accident consequence analysis of pipeline safety risk evaluation model, at the same time according to extend the model of the actual situation of oilfield pipeline of wuqi- delay refined oil pipeline safety risk assessment technology is analyzed, the main research work is as follows:(1)Pipeline accidents in China were analyzed, and the pipeline failure is mainly due to corrosion, the third party damage, improper operation and design problems, and the main risk factors of buried long-distance pipeline of crude oil, corrosion risk, third party risk, operation risk and design risk analysis.(2)Is put forward based on the basis of calculation model of the failure frequency leakage rate, on the basis of Kent scoring method, through the rules of the cloud model generator and backward cloud generator to modify risk factor score, and the entropy method is adopted to determine the buried long-distance pipeline of crude oil in our country the weight value of all kinds of risk factors, according to the score value correction coefficient method is adopted to modify the failure frequency, determine the calculation model of failure frequency.(3)For the buried oil pipeline heat loss and in the process of conveying pressure loss,establish buried oil pipeline of temperature drop and pressure drop model, calculation of oil pipeline leak in some physical parameters, to determine crude oil pipeline leakage rate under different conditions. In different leakage is obtained by using the pool fire model, the thermal radiation on the surrounding and the building’s sphere of influence.(4)In wuqi- refined oil pipeline in the process of the specific project use, for high risk section, accident consequence simulation, determine the scope of accident and overall wuqi-delay refined oil pipeline safety risk is smaller.
