| The reservoirs, well bores and surface gathering lines all may be affected by paraffin deposition during the production process of crude oil. The paraffin deposition on the well bore leads to the conduit blockage of oil flow and further severely interferes with the normal production of oil wells, resulting in the reduction of the oil well production. However, once "paraffin blockage" take shape, it results in several productive faults such as paraffin jam of sucker-rod pumping system, directly leading to off production of oil well. In order to solve the serious wax deposition problems in production well in Qili-country oil field, this article base on the analysis of paraffin basic features, analyze the mechanism in wellbore, the research indicated that the main effect factors of wax deposition in Qili-country oil field are the low reservoir pressureã€the low temperatureã€high wax content; Through conduct a study of crude oil properties and research on wax deposition simulation experiment, drawing conclusions from experiments the wax appearance temperature of 24,3℃ in wax crude oil, so major considerations measures on paraffin in well bores; By comparing the analysis the several current paraffin removal methods, hermal well-flushing method and chemical paraffin are suitable to clean the paraffin in Qili-country oil field based onproduction practice; Test results of two groups of wells indicated that the load and current were reduced remarkably and the application results were good; Based on the field test result, it has been proved that thermal well-flushing method and chemical paraffin removers will solve the wax deposition problem in Qili-country oil field. |
