Abstract/Summary:
Oil well paraffin deposit is one of the common problem for waxy crude oil Wells.It’s not enough for the oil well to merely use paraffin inhibition technology.In order to ensure the normal operation of the well remove wax regularly is necessary.There are many ways of oil well paraffin removal,including mechanical paraffin removal technology,thermal wax removal technology,microbial paraffin removal and chemical paraffin removal technology,etc.Each paraffin removal method has disadvantages,such as some of the paraffin removal method need to stop production in the process of cleaning wax,the microorganism does not survive for very long in the bad environment,energy consumption,and some methods only clear wax on the pipe wall.Among them,chemical paraffin removal technology has many advantages.This method avoids any drawbacks the above article put forward,so chemical paraffin method is a preferable method.Chemical paraffin method also has certain drawbacks,such as low flash point,flammable and explosive is the characteristic of oil-base paraffin removal agent;part of the paraffin removal agent pollute oil well;and some of the paraffin removal agent is not suitable for use in winter for its high solidifying point.To make full use of the advantages of chemical paraffin removal agent and change its deficiencies,to develop safety,environmental protection,good paraffin removal effect,suit to use in winter,we studied the chemical paraffin method,developed three types of paraffin removal agent: oil-based paraffin removal agent,dispersible paraffin removal agent and thermal chemical dispersible paraffin removal agent.We has carried on the single dose to 12 kinds of medicament for oil base paraffin removal agent.Compo und composition experiment was done on three selected kinds of agents.dissolve wax rate,flash point and condensation point,organic chlorine content,organic sulfur content as analysis indicators.End up with Xylene and-35# diesel distribution formula,kerosene and-35# diesel distribution formula.Soluble wax rate is dispersible paraffin removal agent analysis indicator,and-35# diesel as organic solvent.Can conclude that when-35# diesel oil content is 50%,showing the highest rate of soluble wax and the best effect of soluble wax;done the experiment research on six kinds of dispersants,Span-80,Tween-80,60,Tween 40,Tween-OP-10 and N ir,has carried on the experimental study,only N ir soluble wax effect is poor,the rest dissolved rate of wax and effect of soluble wax are basically identical,this experiment using Span-80 as dispersant;Analyzed of the relationship between the amount of ethylene glycol and solidifying point in order to ensure the normal use in winter,got a ethylene glycol and solidifying point formula;Analyzed to join-35# diesel,kerosene,toluene,xylene soluble wax rate,the results showed that the soluble wax rate were increased,and water as the dispersed phase is very available.We tested the dispersible paraffin removal agent at Eight production plant in Daqing.According to the data which feedbacked the load declined,the paraffin removal cycle are all more than 15 d,average paraffin removal cycle is 17.9 d.Thermochemical dispersible paraffin removal agent’s analysis indicator is soluble wax rate.Studied the amount of heat generating system,kinds of catalyst and addition amount,the amount of dispersant.The experimental results shows that when the amount of ammonium chloride is 3 g/(125 ml),sodium nitrite is 2 g/(125 ml),the amount of acetic acid is 0.02 ml/(125 ml),the amount of Span-80 is 0.3 g/(125 ml),dissolve wax rate is highest.
