Composite material is used widely in many areas, while it has become mainly tendency to replace single material. As the significant part of composite material, composite sheets become the focus on the attention. Nowadays, there are many kinds of sheets have their own disadvantages when they are used to make cooker. Composite sheets with titanium meet the demand of market in cooker-making industry because of their good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. The preparation methods of three layer composite sheets made by titanium TA1/iron/stainless steel 304 have been studied according to actual needs in this paper. And it also tests the stamping forming performance of this kind of composite sheets to finish the complex process from designing to fabricating including mechanical property. New composite sheets which meet the demand of market are made successfully. Two entire sets of titanium/iron/stainless steel sheet fabrication process are designed and summarized through experiments in this paper. And the composite sheets are made successfully. In the fabrication process of sealing ply rolling, the carbon dioxide welding is chosen as a sealing method, and zinc oxide with R2O·nSiO2 is chosen as the isolating agent. Two-layer-making has been adopted in the process. The optimal reduction per pass is 20%, and the best rolling temperature is 1050℃ in the fabrication process of stainless steel/iron clad sheets; The optimal per pass reduction is 20%, and the best rolling temperature is 850℃ in the fabrication process of titanium/iron/stainless steel composite sheets; The sheets should be placed in a sealed box with argon in the fabrication process of three layer direct rolling. The optimal reduction is 40%, and the best temperature is 1000℃ in this process. After two kinds of rolling process, the composite sheets should be heat treated at 850℃ for 0.5h with air cooling by diffusion annealing. Three layer direct rolling is easier than sealing ply rolling to achieve automated mass production, and more practical significance by comparing and analyzing two process methods. The stamping performance of the three layer direct rolling process can be determined through experiments such as tensile test, cupping test, deep drawing test and bulging test. The average elongation is 16.1%. And the average strain hardening exponent of the sheet is 0.68. Coefficient of anisotropy is 1.63. Sheet plane anisotropy coefficient is 0.164. The cup burst is 10.3mm, and it is larger when titanium is in the cup comparing to stainless steel. Sudden ear ratio is 5.01%, and it is relatively small when the edge pressing force is 12 KN. Under 800℃, the Er of the sheets is 22.85 mm, while the punching performance is not good in room temperature, but excellent in 800℃.
