The stainless steel composite plate not only has the corrosion resistance,heat resistance,wear resistance and other properties of the clad material stainless steel,but also has the strength and rigidity of the base material carbon steel or low alloy steel,and has the excellent properties of stainless steel and carbon steel.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop stainless steel composite plates with excellent properties.The purpose of this paper is to study the warm rolling process of the improved201 Austenitic/manganese boron steel stainless steel composite plate and to analyze and predict the microstructure and properties after rolling.In the aspect of simulation,single pass and multi pass rolling models are established respectively.In the single pass model,the temperature of the composite plate changes little before entering the roll.After entering the geometric deformation area,the temperature of the contact heat transfer composite plate between the composite plate and the roll drops rapidly.After rolling,the temperature of the center layer transfers to the surface,and the temperature tends to balance.The reduction rate of the sandwich composite plate is between 10% and30%.On the basis of the composite,improving the roll speed and preheating the roll in advance are conducive to the further combination of the two materials and improving the deformation coordination of the metal on both sides of the interface.On the basis of single pass rolling,the results of the last pa ss are inherited.With the increase of passes,the temperature gradient in the thickness direction becomes smaller,the final equilibrium temperature decreases,and the deformation compatibility of the metals on both sides of the interface increases gradua lly.In the aspect of experiment,the authenticity of simulation is proved by the verification of simulation results,which can provide basis for warm rolling process.After warm rolling,the tensile strength of the composite plate increases wi th the increase of reduction rate,while the elongation shows the opposite trend.Under80% reduction rate,the tensile strength reaches 1208 mpa,The elongation is 39%.Martensitic transformation occurs on one side of austenitic stainless steel during warm rolling,which has good strength.The decarburization layer is formed due to the diffusion of carbon elements in the base manganese boron steel,and the carburization layer appears in the first layer of austenite.Fe Cr Mn carbides are formed at the interface due to the diffusion of Fe,Cr and Mn elements.After heat treatment,the tensile strength and elongation of the composite plate are improved.At this time,the base layer is transformed from ferrite + carbide to lath martensite with high hardness.The martensite transformed by the coating is resolution transformed into austenite.
