The content of this thesis is to analyze the impact of dynamic extraction way and the dynamic extraction operation parameters on the extraction efficiency. Dynamic extraction way include Cooking condensation method, Magnetic stirring cooking condensation method, Dynamic inverse flow method, Cylinder extraction method. Extraction results were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatograph. numerical simulation of the solvent within extracting equipment and flow field of extracted substances are analysised with ANSYS simulation method, to study how the change of the extraction process from the macro and micro impact extraction efficiency. The main study are summarized as follows:1. By dynamic reflux experiments can be obtained:when we extract the flavone from hawthorn with the same extraction device, the extraction efficiency of the different extraction path and the extraction method is not the same, in which the extraction efficiency of High and middle in bottom out is the highest. ANSYS numerical simulation shows that the influence of the pressure distribution on Dynamic inverse flow experiment is more important than the speed.2. By different extraction experiments with syringes can be drawn:the effect of three factors on the extraction efficiency are:squeeze> speed> whether fixing hawthorn bags. When we extract plant materials, we should firstly consider the possible destruction of the cell wall of the material cells, followed by the flow strength of the solvent, the last movement of materials.3. By hawthorn bags of different sizes extraction experiment we can draw:hawthorn bag size has an impact on the the syringes experiment and Material movement up and down experiment, the greater the hawthorn bags, the better on extraction efficiency. The same time, the impact is differentiated, for syringes experiment, as the hawthorn bag increases, the augmenter of extraction efficiency increased from small to large; for the Material movement up and down experiment,as the hawthorn bag increases, the augmenter of extraction efficiency from large to small. This experiment demonstrates that the seinsweisen of plant materials has a certain influence on the extraction efficiency, so we need to consider the presence of the best plant material in the industrial extraction.4. By comparative experiment can be drawn:the extraction efficiency of the different extraction apparatus on hawthorn is influential; The extraction efficiency of the flow of the solvent in the extraction process is better than no flow; the greater the intensity of the flow of the solvent, the better the extraction efficiency; material relative to the movement of a solvent for the extraction efficiency is higher than the solvent relative to the movement of materials.Not only to increase the surface area of plant material when the dynamic extraction process happen, but also to use mechanical means, use forced circulation and so on, to increase the solid-liquid contact, so that, during the extraction process, we should always maintain the concentration between the plant material and the solvent, and we can improve the extraction efficiency...
