| This paper is based on HGG05 gyro total station which was produced by 1001 factory and dahongshan copper mine surface and underground work site for experimental place, research the application of gyro total station in dahongshan copper mine.First of all, from the theoretical level, analyse the principle of gyro theodolite and total station measuring, through a large number of test data summarize the meridian convergence Angle calculation methods, and carries on the analysis and contrast, to be sure that these data can meet the mine production and measurement accuracy, and to find the simple and applicable formula of the meridian convergence Angle, and applied to the field measurement gradually, and use VisuaBasic programming software to develope meridian convergence Angle calculation software for computer and mobile phone client.the advantageous for the gyro orientation is convenient to verify the measurement data of work site, and improve the work efficiency greatly:Test.analyze and research the calculation and correction of gyro orientation, and summarized a set of practical application method of counting gyro orientation; At the same time, collected a large number of data.and analyse these data;Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of gyro measurement. test, analyse and summarize the influences factors of the precision of gyro measurement, and discussed regularity of these factors which influence mining gyro measurement of gyro total station and traverse adjustment, and add these influence in the gyro orientation measurement and calculation to improve the gyro accuracy of measurement greatlySecond.at the application level, first. check and analyze the measuring accuracy of the surface precision of control network which was used to detect the precision of gyro total station surveying to determine its control edge location precision can meet the requirements of gyro calibration instrument constants or not, and put forward the corresponding experiment method and analysis method; Second, In combination with the practical situation of mine production, through the field measurement experiment, research gyro total station and the stability of apparatus constant in mine orientation, summed up a set of scientific, practical test and analysis method; Again, using different traverse network.and measuring gyroscope azimuth in different period of wires, and carry on a lot of field experiments and analysis to verify precision of these traverse network, study and put forward the application feasibility of using gyro measurement azimuth in the adjustment of underground traverse:then, apply and check the above analysis results of the study and relevant methods in the adjustment of underground traverse, validate the correctness of the above research content.Finally, through a lot of test and application, the research results which were applied in mine surveying of dahongshan copper mine were obtained significant results, especially in the west ore block which obatained 7.5 KM long transport roadway expedite, the left and right deviation is only 0.012 m, azimuth deviation was only 12 ". it also proved the correctness and practicability of the results of the study. |
