| In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,the use of oil more and more,the oil industry used in the mining technology is also gradually improved.In particular,increasing drilling speed and reducing vibration are important links in oil and gas exploration and development,which need further research and improvement.At present,the drilling efficiency of screw drill and torque impactor is low,the bit wear is serious and the service life is short.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a kind of drilling tool with high drilling efficiency and good stability.According to the stability of gyro,a kind of gyro vibration damping and speed increasing drilling tool is designed in this paper.Firstly,the mechanical principle of gyroscope precession and stability is introduced,and the vibration damping and speed increasing drilling tool is analyzed from two aspects of force and speed.Then,in order to make rational use of the power generated by mud,the structure design and three-dimensional modeling of gyro vibration damping and speed increasing drilling tool are carried out,and the dynamic simulation software ADAMS is used to analyze the motion of the established three-dimensional model.The simulation results show that the gyro vibration damping and speed increasing drilling tool has damping effect.Under the same force,the higher the rotating speed of gyro rotor is,the shorter the time for drilling tool to reach stability is,and the more obvious the damping effect is.Secondly,the system is tested in the laboratory.The pendulum is used as the vibration source,the acceleration sensor and the ultrasonic range finder are used as the acquisition system.The orthogonal test is carried out by adjusting the controller and the height of the pendulum under different rotating speeds and forces.The experimental results show that:when the gyro rotor is stationary,the drilling tool is subjected to external force to make a simple pendulum movement,and the swing amplitude is large and the time to reach stability is long;when the gyro rotor is rotating at high speed,the drilling tool is subjected to external force to do conical oscillation motion,and the swing amplitude is small and the time to achieve stability is short.Therefore,the gyro vibration damping and speed increasing drilling tool can play an optimization role in drilling efficiency.Finally,the new drilling tool is processed and tested in the well.The test shows that the new drilling tool can reduce the idle power loss,prolong the service life of the drill bit,reduce the number of times to lift the drill,and reduce the drilling cost. |
