Study On The Strategy Of Enterprise Culture Landing In

With the trend of times, business culture is getting more attention from enterprises. However, for many kinds of state - owned enterprises, business culture can’t perfectly combine with enterprise operation, being formalized and apparent, so that business culture is not impacting the development of enterprise. This study is about how the enterprise culture combine with enterprise operation to achieve corporate culture to take root, encourage enterprises to sustain able dvelopment.The article is divided into five parts to introduction:The first part introduces the background, significance, methods and train of thought of this study.The second part discusses the background and origin of the cooperate culture theory,analyzing Necessity of corporate culture landing, factors of the construction, obstruction in the practice, supporting measures of the implementation, etc to find the critical components in the practice.The third part chooses Anhui G Environmental Science and Technology Group as the object of study, to analyze the corporate culture construction of Anhui G Environmental Science and Technology Group by applying the corporate culture theory. It summarizes Development strategy planning and Enterprise culture idea and Problems in enterprise management behavior. The fourth part are about Strategy of enterprise culture landing should follow, The third part and the forth part are the keyof the article. The fifth part is conclusion. It summarize the key factors of practice in corporate culture construction, and briefly states the measures and tests made in G Environmental Science and Technology Group. It states the opinion of this study that Enterprise culture construction lies in landing.
