Research On Folk Costume Culture Of Modern Han From The Perspective Of Female Culture

Since ancient times, women have played an important role in apparel makers and process heir in costume culture, female adornment are an important component part of China’s outstanding traditional culture. The modern China is instable violently, and women appear on the scene as the main body for the first time. Social change and the role change of women also have a huge impact on costume culture. This period is the transition period of Chinese female culture and costume culture, and female costume culture shows diversity trend. The author in this paper analyzes formation of social gender concept, gender culture shaping and gender symbolization of Chinese traditional culture from the perspective of social gender in costume culture, explores the relationship between aesthetic consciousness, social identity and independent consciousness and other concepts of social citizen and costume evolution in gender vision, explores female aesthetic standards, social identity and class indicated by symbols in costumes through shapes, themes, decorations and patterns, as well as wearing ways, etc. of Han female costume and discusses the social and natural relationship between reform, improvement, development and both sexes.The author in this paper conducts the research mainly from female body shape, social role and ideology, combined with costumes. Firstly, body is an important manifestation of female culture. On the female body shaping, the female transform and decorate natural body through corset and foot-binding, etc. and are with the concept of female beauty by adapting the shape to a particular era and the symbolic significance carrying female aesthetic; Secondly, in terms of life, needlework is an important manifestation of family life and social status of traditional female, as well as the symbol of life emotion of the female. Needlework makes women be with the economic status in the family through the artistic manifestation and commercial practical value, so that their social status has also been improved; Finally, along with the further exploration of era development and the female liberation movement, it promotes self-awareness of female body. It has not only affected many concepts, such as female thinking, aesthetic and independent consciousness, etc., but also changed female costume selection and the shaping of personal appearance. Modern Chinese female costume has gradually broken through the constraints of feudal hierarchy and showed the overall trend of the collision and combination between tradition and innovation.To some extent, the development of modern female culture is the continuity of the historical development of traditional female. The female should overcome the disadvantages of them in traditional female cultural development and abandon those backward attitudes and behaviors formed under the oppression of the long-term male society, retain female outstanding cultural awareness, such as kindness, diligence and wisdom, especially research on inheriting costume process in traditional culture, which is of important significance for protecting intangible cultural heritage. Grasp the requirements of future social development and adapt to the development characteristics of future female culture, so that these theoretical researches can be useful things for modern female cultural construction.
