Cotton fiber is the most widely used natural fiber, and cotton fabric woven from the cotton fiber. Because of its good properties such as soft and comfortable, health, breathable, etc. the cotton fiber has been widely popular. Both natural fiber and chemical fiber themselves more or less contain impurities. Especially natural fiber with impurities is more complex, added a variety of pulp in the manufacturing process of fiber in the textile, stained with oil. The bleaching, dyeing and printing products must carry on the pretreatment process so as to remove these impurities. As we all know, the most common pretreatment process is desizing, scouring, bleaching three-step process, but the three-step process has been rarely used because the more multiple machines, longer time, lower efficiency, higher energy consumption and printing products often generate flaws. The current domestic and international process is towards development of the shorter process for the energy saving and environmental protection. The short process methods contain two steps, one step, and the application of one step process because of its obvious advantage is more widely.The pure cotton towel is widely used, and this paper takes the measure of the cold pad-batch pretreatment of hydrogen peroxide one-step to bleach the cotton towel. Currently, available hydrogen peroxide bleaching activator can be applied to actual production so that the amount of alkali-oxygen bleaching process ang pollutant emissions can be reduced, which can achieve energy saving and environmental protection requirements is rarely. A more ideal and newer hydrogen peroxide activator has been synthesized and screened, which can be used during the process of the cold pad-batch pretreatment with hydrogen peroxide bleaching cotton towel.The paper adopts the single factor and orthogonal experiments. Finally, the optimal process for synthesis of the new type of hydrogen peroxide bleaching activator is determined: under certain temperature conditions, in accordance with the potassium permanganate 0.001mol/L and humic acid 20g/L mixing ratio, stirring for some time, let stand and take supernatant fluid. Meanwhile the best method of the cotton towel pretreatment with the cold pad-batch bleaching is as follows: pad bleaching solution(two dip two rolling, 90%), piled up 20h(room temperature), hot water wash(85-90℃, twice), warm water wash(55 to 60℃, twice), cold water wash(twice), natural dry; and corresponding working liquid comtains main ingredients dosage of 21% hydrogen peroxide 125g/L, activator 20g/L, sodium hydroxide 6g/L.
