| In this thesis, the research status of waterborne polyurethane are comprehensive ly reviewed, in order to solve the worse water resistance and mechanical properties performance, usually by modification, organic fluorine modification is the current r esearch hotspot, this research by anionic ring-opening,3,3,3-trifluoropropyl methyl c yclotrisiloxane (D3F) blocking with the 3-(2-aminoethyl)-aminopropyl-trimethoxysila ne (SCA-603), the 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane (D3F) graft into the main chain structure of polyurethane, Preparation fluorine-silicone-polyurethane block copolymers, combines the excellent performance of both water-based polyurethane and fluorine-silicone, and research the effects of mechanical properties, water resista nce and other properties by different ratio of fluorine -silicone.With the polyether polyol have good water resistance-polypropylene glycol (DL-1000), diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI), small molecule chain extender 1,4-but anediol (BDO), hydrophilic chain extender-dimethylol butanoic acid (DMBA) as raw material, under the influence of catalyst-dibutyltin dilaurate (DBTDL) and neutralizi ng agent-triethylamine (TEA), discuss the effects of solid content, stability and adhe sion, etc., by reaction temperature, time, adjacent periods stirring speed, R value, a nd the content of BDO. Confirm the best ratio and process parameters. The infrare d spectroscopy, laser particle size analyzer, TGA,SEM, contact angle and mechanical performance testing are used to characterize the chemical structure and properties of the copolymer.Amino fluorine-silicone polyurethane successfully grafting the macromolecular c hains, some extent, the thermal stability and water resistance of waterborne polyuret hane are improved, due to the introduction of amino fluorine-silicone.6% amino fl uorine-silicone, waterborne polyurethane emulsion has narrowest particle size distribu tion, the minimum particles and good mechanical properties. |
