| Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) is a modern method for monitoring gas emissions. This system can monitor continuously, statisticing in a period time and having ability of communicating remotely, etc. So CEMS is being acted as one of main methods for monitoring gas pollution by the National Environmental Protection Agency(EPA).The paper introduces the working principle,the control flow of CEMS,etc. The paper also configure the structure of some monitoring instruments, and introduces the designing mentality of the hardware and software of the circulating fluidized bed boiler’s CEMS, to realize the monitoring and control functions of CEMS.On the basis, this CEMS is designed with a core of upper computer and PLC. The paper gives the general planning of the circulating fluidized bed boiler’s CEMS and the sequential control design method in the application of PLC ladder diagram programming, the paper also gives the configuration method, using configuration software. The upper computer software has powerful functions and friendly user interface, can realize the procedure of operation parameters and list display, alarm prompt, history inquiry, parameter curve tracking, etc. The paper independently designs the control system, being composed by the electrical and pneumatic components and PLC, and has carried on the debugging of the system. Finally the application of continuous monitoring system for circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas emissions are prospected in this paper. |
