Investigation And Evaluation On The Dietary Of Children In Provincial Model Kindergarten Of Handan City

Objective: To further understand the Handan total of seven provincial-level demonstration kindergartens dietary and nutritional status of children for kindergarten dietary intervention, and provide scientific basis for the development of the kindergarten dietary supply system.Methods:Using the weighing method and accounting method are combined for a total of seven provincial urban demonstration kindergartens are fully dietary survey. The June 2014---- July 2015 as the investigation period, selected in September 2014, December, and March 2015, in June, four months, respectively, as the representative of an entire year in spring time, summer, autumn and winter seasons dietary survey conducted time, a survey was conducted one month. The dietary data from each survey, the number of meals and gender entered in the "dietician the kindergarten version 4.0" for processing the data.Results:Three capacity of nutrients、energy intake vitamin C、vitamin B1、vitamin B2、and phosphorus in Handan seven provincial-level demonstration kindergartens meets dietary assessment criteria. Calcium, phosphorus ratio and sodium, potassium ratios were 0.46, 1.9; sodium, calcium, iron, vitamin A, the percentage of actual dietary fiber intake recommended intake is accounted for 163.5%, 39.8%, 147%, 56.7%, 53.1%. The ratio of calcium from milk and dairy products derived from animal fat ratio, the ratio of iron derived from animal are recommended ratio of 57.9%, 118%, 125%.Conclusion:Handan provincial model kindergarten for children three capacity nutrients protein, fat intake, carbohydrate ratios derived from animal meets the recommended amount of iron. Sodium, iron, sodium and potassium ratio is too high dietary intake. Calcium, vitamin A, dietary fiber, calcium and phosphorus ratio, the ratio of calcium from milk and dairy products, derived from the ratio of dietary animal fat intake is too low. Handan provincial model kindergarten children diet structure is irrational, the urgent need to adjust and improve. It must be nutrition interventions, so that meet the needs of preschool children Dietary child’s growth and development, and reduce or avoid child nutrition deficiency or excess.
