| Disturbance is an important issue has to be faced in the process of mining metal mine deep mining. Deep mining complex mechanical environment, resulting in rock mass excavation and blasting can bring strong mining disturbance problem, which threats the security of underground staff and equipment. So under the disturbance of deep stope mining, it is necessary to study the seismic activity regularity and of great economic and social benefits. The "Deep metal safety mining of ministry of education key laboratory " in NEU cooperate with the Fushun Hongtoushan mining LTD establish a deep stope microseismic monitoring system to study the ground pressure activity and the law of it in the process of test mining.Considering the current mining method and the deep stope ground pressure status in Hongtoushan Cooper Mine, established a microseismic monitoring system in the deep test stope, representing goaf form by using the three-dimensional laser scanning system, analyzing the characteristic of seismic activity and the damage deformation evolution rule of roof after each production blasting to evaluate roof stability.The main research contents are as follows:1. Based on the mining status of deep test stope, established a microseismic monitoring system in deep test stope, through the network to achieve the real-time analysis of microseismic monitoring data. Identified the waveform characteristics of the several typical sources signal underground by underground artificial calibration and theoretical analysis, and filter out noise signals, perfect the data analysis method. Through artificial timing designated blasting experiment, testing microseismic monitoring system positioning accuracy.2. Use the cavity monitoring system to describe the inter spatial structure information of test stope after production blasting precisely. Compared and analysis with the results of microseismic monitoring, to research the damage deformation evolution rule of roof after each production blasting to evaluate the roof stability.3. Monitor the mining process of test stope to research the rules of seismic activity under the influence of stope mining disturbance, and the stope surrounding rock stress and displacement distribution changes before and after blasting process has been specially analyzed. Through quantitative statistical analysis to judge the development trend of microseismic events and provide advice on mine safety production. |
