The 1301 recycling mining face is a secondary mining in Shenghua,after the initial geophysical exploration,and underground observation,found that there are many underground lane,empty area,caving area,the existence of these conditions on the normal coal mining has a great influences.Due to the complexity and uncertainty of the coal mine rock burst disaster,the mechanism and the process of the disaster are not clear.Therefore,it is very important to use the ESG microseismic monitoring technology to monitor the instability of the coal and rock mass Shenghua coal mining complex face smooth and efficient mining.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:The phenomenon of mine pressure encountered in the mining process of the Shenhua coal mining industry in 1301 has a great difference from the actual coal mining.Through the collection of the actual data of the underground mine in Shenghua Coal Mine,the microseismic mechanism is studied.Microseismic monitoring and positioning theory and practical application,to determine the layout of the underground microseismic sensor,measured by ESG microseismic monitoring system to meet the actual requirements.By arranging the ore pressure observation equipment in the underground,the stress of the support is monitored,the first time to press the step distance is28.6m,the cycle to press the step distance is 11.7m,which is basically the same as the theoretical calculation,and meets the monitoring requirements.The ESG microseismic monitoring system is applied to the Shenghua coal mine.At the same time through the microseismic monitoring system to monitor the direction of the work to promote the direction of the microseismic activity of the energy and frequency.Through the summary of 1301 mining face recovery cycle to pressure before 1 to 2 days,the energy and frequency of the microseismic event increased significantly,energy is usually 3 times the frequency is usually about2 times,indicating that the micro-earthquake monitoring effect is good.The microseismic events at different times are analyzed,and the microseismic events are in the stationary period,the renewal period and the intermittent period,and the different periods correspond to different mine pressure phenomena.So as to formulate the control measures of mine power disaster engineering in the process of residual coal recovery,and introduce the active control and passive control.Through the study of microseismic monitoring and early warning,it is shown that the application of microseism in residual coal recovery has very good practical significance,which can play a preventive role in the evacuation,empty area and falling area of the mining face in advance.To play a guiding role in advance support,effectively avoid the occurrence of mine pressure disaster,to avoid the material,human waste,the secondary recovery play a certain role inoptimizing.
