Due coal mining has caused varieties of geological disasters in Fushun city, the disasters has plagued the development of Fushun City. Utilizing a variety of methods of deformation monitoring of the area over the years caused multi-format and multi-type of the monitoring data in Fushun, and it is difficult to manage and consult the data, as a consequence, it is imperative to systemize, storage and analyze all relevant data of deformation monitoring in the Fushun City. Therefore, the Northeastern University was commissioned by the Mining Geological Disaster Monitoring Limited Liability Company of Fushun to construct the information system of mining deformation monitoring in the Fushun City.For the needs of constructing and analyzing the information system of mining deformation monitoring in the Fushun City, on the basis of learning the relevant theories and technologies of deformation monitoring, database technologies and ArcEngine on secondary development technology deeply, the information of mining deformation monitoring in the Fushun City was analyzed. Firstly, systemize and pre-build the deformation monitoring data, construct all kinds of the information system of mining deformation monitoring, and store the InSAR, GPS, level monitoring data and GIS data into Oracle database to manage; After that, based on.Net framework and ArcEngine component technology, develop the information system of mining deformation monitoring in the Fushun City, which has the map operation, monitoring data management, spatial query and selection, spatial analysis, trend analysis, and the results output, etc.; And then, by using the system, conduct the visual expression of the current situation of the subsidence deformation of Fushun, analyze the deformation monitoring data, and reveal the spatial distribution characteristics and trends of the subsidence in the area; At last, divide the subsidence levels of the Fushun City, delineate the sphere of influence of subsidence, compare a variety of monitoring data, and prove the reliability of the monitoring data.The results have a certain value in aspects that manage and analyze of the information of mining deformation monitoring in the Fushun City and provide decision basis for comprehensive management to disaster.
