HAZOP analysis is a structured risk analysis tools, can be comprehensive,systematic identification process in danger and to improve operations, reducemanagement blind spots,and effectively improve the efficiency and productivity ofthe workflow. The HAZOP analysis focused on analyzing abnormal operatingconditions and things that had never happened before, are an important complement tothe design and operation of. HAZOP analysis maturity HAZOP analysis side has alsobeen a large improvement in Europe and the United States and other Westerncountries, relatively clear legal support. However, HAZOP analysis application in industrial imtallations late start legal support is not perfect.Northeast isobutylene means a company is using self-developed technology construction, 15,000 tons/ year of production scale equipment. It was put into operation in May 2003. The device was only put into general job risk assessment of the production process, moreover the device itself has not been carried out systematic process hazard analysis, the work of recognition is not deep enough and comprehensive so that bring greater threat to the device. For this purpose, the Factory decided to set up a special working group HAZOP using HAZOP method to make a hazard analysis for isobutylene, completely recognize the risk assessment processes that exist in plant operation, put forward the operational and enforceable improvements which supplement the general operating risk in order to increase the level of intrinsic safety device.HAZOP analysis by means of isobutene, made a total of 24 proposed measures, the main proposed measures for the equipment and facilities integrity, detailed analysis of all kinds of accidents have occurred in the process of plant operation, combined with security requirements, given proposed measures, and in instrument control and interlock protection, process control, security management, also put forward the proposed measures, graded according to the likelihood lead to security problems and improve smooth plant operation rate, to avoid accidents. isobutylene unit are carried out to implement the recommendations made in the HAZOP analysis,through the implemetation of the proposed measures, and ultimately achieve the target to improve the device safe and stable operation level.
