Study On The Training And Education Of Safety Production In Guangzhou City

In recent years, China’s safety situation is severe, embodied in the high number of accidents and casualties. The accidents are mainly created by the people’s unserviceability action. Guangzhou belongs to Pearl River Delta development center, whose type of enterprises is various while the content of education and ways of safety training are not unified, furthermore, the safety education level of the employees varies, especially in the case of migrant workers as in production accident prone area. Safety training can enhance their safety knowledge, change their safety attitudes, improve their safety awareness, and strengthen their safety skills in the meantime. It also can effectively change safety habits thus achieve the desired safety behavior, so as to improve the present situation of safety production as well as fundamentally prevent accidents from happening. Safety in production is bound to encounter in the process of industrialization, it is known that the advanced industrialized countries generally experienced the phrases cycle which is from high rate to stable and then to low rate. Safety production has become a basic national policy of our country, and if safety in production can’t be ensured, the process of building a harmonious society in our country will be severely affected.This study is based on the scientific theories and methods and the characteristics(Heinrich’s Law)of safety production training; safety production education and training in Guangzhou city- as the study object; problems found in the process of education and training by the center of production safety publicity and education in Guangzhou city, including the solutions being the study and analysis cases; combined with the present situation in safety production and the training industry in Guangzhou; we hope to solve the common and prominent problems in the work of safety education and training.. With the new module of education in safety production training, we analyze and summarize the training direction between the Training Supervision Institutes and each training unit and in order to create a good social life and production safety climate, we put forward some practical experience and make the next development thinking clear. We insist on choosing the subjects of scientific value and practical significance, the purpose of research is to better understand and transform the world, continually promote the development of society. Combined with the needs of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization construction, promoting the scientific cause development and solving realistic problems is our starting point and ending point as well.With the help of all levels of government and the safety supervision department, the training and education system of safe production is continuously improved, the layout of the safety training and education institution is becoming more rational and the effect is more and more obvious, which provide a security technical support for economic and social development. By strengthening the safety awareness and safety training, completing the safety training regulation, to support and supervise the safety training institutions, in this way, we can lay strong foundation of safety production training education The publicity and education of production safety should adapt to the new situation and tasks of economic development in the region, and to constantly improve and optimize its production and education work is also needed. Let’s work together to create a harmonious safety production publicity and education environment which is widely recognized by our government and society and to constantly push the safety production in Guangzhou forward.
