The automatic system uses the PLC as control center in order to implent the basis control for the injection molding bladder curing press and achieve the automatic production of the curing press, improve the automatic and intelligent level of injection bladder vulcanizer, greatly improve the tyre bladder product quality, improve the production efficiency of the factory.Data input and output and processing can be achieved through the data communication between the internal integrated serial communication interface and the equipment. In order to implement the remote visualization and networked control management, we designed the master control program of the tyre injection molding bladder curing press using the King View monitor system-development software, and achieved the real-time monitor on the working process of the tyre injection molding bladder curing press, meanwhile, we can not only record and search the history data but also can monitor and alarm abnormity operating states.The paper introduced the design of the computer control sy stem in the reconstruction of the injection molding curing press, expounded the operation of the system and summarized the process of the reconstruction, pointed the direction for the research in future.
