At the same time it is compared with the other control techniques,it has high reliability and high precision temperature control,low failure rate,intelligence in use, closer to the experts' experience of controlling the level.Fuzzy control technique is based on the fuzzy set theory of intelligent control technology.Fuzzy gather theory offer instruments to help control technic get rid of setting up the accurate mathematical model,it make control system like human beings based on qualitative knowledge of the fuzzy control decision possible.In the fuzzy control system,it can include people's control experience and knowledge,in this sense,the fuzzy control is a kind of intelligent control.Fuzzy control can be charged with a simple object-oriented,can also be used for complex control process.The practical application of fuzzy mathematics is a fuzzy controller.Adaptive control in tracking the constant injection speed the error decrease slowly,the track occurs and dithering when the speed changes.Because of the technics,the speed overshoot in the injection process do not want to be seen. Adaptive control involve an enormous amount of matrix computation,the time of many iterations is considerable,barely meet the needs of real-time computing. However,in embedded systems,the algorithm needs to configure the system as it is too harsh.Embedded control system generally is used in small and medium-sized injection molding machine speed control.Because of the fuzzy control's calculation amount is small,the ability to adapt to changes in parameters is good,easy to adjust such features make it very suitable for small and medium-sized injection molding machine speed control task.Through the simulation,the paper designed the speed control system of the injection molding machine,it has the advantage of the fast response,tracking ability,adapt to parameters' changes. |
