The pesticide as a major means of prevention and control of crop diseases and insects pests, plays an active role in agricultural production and is an effective guarantee for high harvest crops. Isoxazole, triazine and other nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds show variety biological activities in many fields. Therefore, the research on their applications in medicine, pesticide and other fields has an important scientific value and a practical significance.Hymexazol(3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazole) were introduced into the moiety of triazine in our laboratory research to give some novel derivatives. These derivatives showed a certain potent fugicidal activity. Based on the previous research results, the structures of the derivatives would be modified in this thesis.The methyl groups of the above motioned compounds were turned into benzyl functionality. By Witting reactions, 3-benzyl ethyl acrylates were obtained. The addition of bromide with acrylates and then reaction with hydroxylamine hydrochloride gave 3-hydroxy-5-phenylisoxazole and 3-hydroxy-5-(4-chlorophenyl) isoxazole. Based on the principles of substructure combination, the triazine reacted with amines(or aromatic amines) and isoxazoles successively to give twenty-six novel compounds. All the target moleculars were not reported. Their structures were confirmed by melting point, 1H NMR spectroscopy and MS spectrum.Finally, the preparation mechanism of the isoxazoles was expounded, which can provide reference for further study of such compounds.
