Butachlor is a herbicide for controlling the annual grass weeds in paddy field, and it is a selective amide herbicides. Butachlor is one of the largest herbicides about50%—60% in paddy herbicide forthputting, Butachlor have selective effect on gramineae weed, by inhibiting a protein generated to achieve the purpose of removing weeds. Butachlor by spraying or pesticide clean water, medicine bottles, sachets indiscriminate disposal of litter, directly into the spraying area or other surface water bodies, or washed by rain and irrigation water, the plants or soil clay adsorbed, into the nearby water. With further research, more and more studies show that it has been pose a threat to the ecological environment and human health by the widely use of butachlor. Butachlor on paddy water as the main carrier of water pollution, reseach the impact of the butachor on paddy water on the aquatic ecological environment, has important significance in ecotoxicological studies.This test is chosen carp as the research object. We study the acute toxicity of butachlor on carp and the effect on superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, alanine transaminase, glutathione peroxidase activity in muscle, gill, kidney, liver. The results show that:⑴ The semilethal concentration on 24 h, 48 h and 96 h of Butachlor to Carasslus crucian were 1262μg/L, 990μg/Land 820μg/L, safe concentration was 82μg/L. According to the toxicity evaluation criteria of toxic substances to fish, Butachlor was the high toxicity.⑵ High concentrations of butachlor can make a significant inhibition(p <0.05) for crucian tissues SOD activated. Higher concentrations of butachlor can make a significant inhibition(p <0.05) for kidney and liver SOD activity. Low concentration of butachlor have little effect on crucian tissues, still inhibition in liver(p <0.05).⑶ High concentrations of butachlor can make a significant inhibition(p <0.05) for muscle and liver CAT activity and make a significant induce(p <0.05) for gill and kidney CAT activity. Higher concentrations of butachlor can make a significant inhibition(p <0.05) for muscle CAT activity and make a significant induce(p <0.05) for gill, kidney and liver CAT activity.⑷ High concentrations of butachlor can make a significant induce(p <0.05) for muscle and liver GSH-Px activity. Higher concentrations of butachlor can make a significant induce(p <0.05) for muscle GSH-Px activity and part induce for gill, kidney and liver GSH-Px activity. Low concentration of butachlor have a significant inhibition(p <0.05) for liver GSH-Px activity, the other organs are induced(p <0.05)..⑸ High concentration of butachlor can destroy the fish body’s GPT activity.higher and low concentration of butachlor can induce GPT activity, showed a significant difference(p <0.05).⑹ The test fish recover for 7 days in fresh water, the effects of the enzymes are not fully restored for high concentration of butachlor, there may have caused irreversible damage to the body. It is better recovered for higher concentration than high concentration. Low concentrations returned to normal levels.Description that low concentration of butachlor on fish body without causing damage or injury was reversible. |
