Study On The Toxicity And Ecological Risk Of Antibiotic Wastewater Using Biotest Methodology

In the present study,We choose ampicillin,gentamycin,and cleycin and gentamicin mixed effluent wastewater,In acute toxicity test,we preliminaried assessment the toxicity to Zebrafish.In subacute toxicity phase,we comprehensive determined the aquatic toxicity and toxic mechanism to Zebrafish on three antibiotics wastewater,including SOD,MDA,T-AOC,LDH andγ-H2AX.Established the comprehensive evaluation IBR(Integrated Biomaker Response Index)to analysis the biological toxic effects of antibiotic drugs.Then gotten the potential ecological risk levels.The results showed that:1)In 96h acute toxicity test,this study used the probabilistic unit method to calculate the 3 kind of wastewater to the Zebrafish 96h LC50 were 2.46%,16.78%and7.60%,respectively.Ampicillin and cleycin and gentamicin mixed effluent wastewater belong to the high toxic substances,and gentamycin wastewater belongs to toxic substances.2)When Zebrafish exposed to ampicillin waste water,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%exposure group,SOD activity showed a trend of"M"type change,2.0%exposure group showed a regular time—effect relationship;The MDA content of the exposed group was similar in 0.5%and 1%,with a"W"type;The value of T-AOC is mainly inverted"V";The 0.5%exposure group LDH showed the trend of"N"type,and 1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%exposed group LDH showed the trend of"V";The concentration ofγ-H2AX in the exposure group of 0.5%,1.5%and 2.0%was negatively correlated to positively correlated with the concentration of wastewater.Exposure to different volume concentrations of gentamycin wastewater,The influence of SOD activity in all exposed groups showed the trend of"N";MDA content presents an inverted"V"trend;The change trend of T-AOC was inverted"N",with obvious dose-effect relationship;LDH activity showed a certain amount of time—dose—effect;γ-H2AX was elevated with time.During the exposure period of the cleycin and gentamicin mixed effluent wastewater,the body’s SOD played the role of scavenging oxygen free radicals in different time periods,and the anti-oxidation system of the body was not destroyed;The MDA value fluctuates in the early and middle stages(39d),and the body is restored to equilibrium;The value of T-AOC in the test period mainly presents the trend of inverted"V";LDH shows obvious time—effect and dose—effect relationship;The content ofγ-H2AX was obvious in the early stage,and the later changes were not obvious.3)The IBR value of ampicillin exposed in the ampicillin showed a"inverted N"change with time,which was negatively correlated with the concentration of ampicillin.The change of IBR value exposed to gentamicin wastewater showed a"inverted N"change trend with time,and the concentration was basically"M"type.The IBR value of the effluent from the mixed effluent of lincomycin and gentamycin showed a"M"change trend with time,and the change trend was basically"V"with the concentration.The change of IBR value was more complex.Acorrding to the IBR value,the risk to the environment was:ampicillin>gentamycin>cleycin and gentamicin mixed effluent.
