The structure of Hydrazone Schiff base compound is closer to the real situation of biological system, which is suitable for the simulation study of living system. In particular, the properties of antibacterial, anti-cancer, anti-viral and catalytic make it be favored by researchers for the synthesis, structure and properties. In addition, the organic ligands containing 2,6-bis-formylimine pyridine unit can achieve its selective recognition of different ions by adjusting the size of the cavity, which has been a challenging task in this area.Accordingly, this paper designed and synthesized a series of hydrazones Schiff base compounds and a series of organic ligands containing 2,6-bis-formylimine pyridine unit, and initially studied the coordination situation with metal ions.1、Four organic ligands L1-L4 containing anthranilic benzoylhydrazone structural unit were designed and synthesized with methyl anthranilate as a starting material,and their structures were characterized by1 H NMR respectively. The complex 1 was synthesized by L1 and MnCl2. Complexes 2 and 3 were synthesized by L2 and Cd(NO3)2 as well as Zn(Ac)2 respectively. The complex 4 was synthesized by L3 and AgCF3SO3. Complexes 5 and 6 were obtained by L4 and AgCF3SO3 as well as HgCl2 respectively. The structure of the complexes were determined and resolved with X-ray diffraction technology.2 、 Three organic ligands L5-L7 containing nicotinoyl hydrazone and iso nicotinoyl structural units were designed and synthesized with nicotinyl hydrazide and isonicotinyl hydrazide as a starting material, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR respectively. The complex 7 was synthesized by L5 and Cd(NO3) 2. Complexes 8 and 9 were synthesized by L6 and AgNO3 as well as AgClO4 respectively. Complexes 10 and 11 were synthesized by L7 and AgNO3 as well as AgClO4 respectively. The structure of the complexes were determined and resolved with X-ray diffraction technology and the effects of anions on coordination for the organic ligand and metal was investgated preliminarily.3 、 Organic ligands L8-L10 containing 2,6-bis-formylimine pyridine unit were designed and synthesized with N, N’-(2- amino-phenyl)-2,6-bis-formylimine pyridine as a starting material.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction technology. The study for thereaction of L8 with a series of the rare earth ions was performed by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, the result showed that L8 displayed a selective recognition for Er3+, Tm3+, Yb3+, Lu3+ ions. Preliminary study for the synthesis condition on the organic ligands L9 and L10 as well as the impact on the reaction product was conducted.
