In today’s society, a new paradigm is the formation and development of ecological civil ization,that is. This is after industrial civilization, but also an advanced stage of the progress of human civilization, industrial civilization of mankind is the traditional criticism and refle ction of the results. Ecological civilization is the inevitable trend of the development of cont emporary expression of civilization to a certain extent, represents a kind of sustainable dev elopment pattern of civilization. Due to the advancement and development of technology, t he ability of understanding and the transformation of human nature has been hitherto unkno wn progress,which to some extent the promotion of people on the nature of the excessive development. So in the construction of ecol ogical civilization must be based on the non rational as a supplement to the rational mechan ism in the construction of ecological civilization, and Its Sublation and reconstruction, the no n rational functions must have the enough attention. Human beings need to play the potentia l of the non rational factors, put themselves in a correct position in the nature, to establish a sense of awe for nature and the aesthetic values, and to reflect on their own behavior, to make people to love nature and protect nature, so there will be a perfect mechanism, better construction of complete ecological civilization. The successful application of this equip ment in coal preparation along with its special cyclonic field structure has laid a solid b ase for the further application of column flotation in mineral processing.
