For water pollution in Dianchi Lake, through a series of key governance project has been built up Dianchi Lake Basin four levels of pollution from the area interception interception, interception towns and villages, river interception, interception and other components of the main canal system, but due to a shortfall of some key technical support and complete system control platform, the system still exist in how to maximize the effectiveness of the integrated pollution control aspects of the system’s problems, we need further improvement, including rural agricultural waste water pollution load as Dianchi Lake an important part of its key technologies of running an efficient collection and stabilization process will maximize the effectiveness of environmental co-play interception system load and thus reduce pollution in Dianchi Lake, Dianchi Lake water quality improvement plays an important role. However, there is one aspect of quality and quantity of agricultural runoff variation in the collection process is not clear, it is difficult to collect the most needed closure, sewerage treatment interception closure to the lake in the main channel of the purpose of an efficient collection, on the other hand on rural agriculture less experienced sewage treatment process, plus supplementary way carbon source and in-depth study has yet to be optimized to ensure low carbon-nitrogen ratio of agricultural sewage can get good treatment, and therefore to identify changes in agricultural runoff and sewage pollution load during rainfall law and research the best types of external carbon source and the optimal ratio of carbon and nitrogen is important to the achievement of Dianchi Lake interception system for maximum efficiency.In this thesis, these two issues interception system existed in Dianchi Lake Basin, research demonstration area polluted runoff water quality and quantity changes of rural agriculture and different types of carbon and nitrogen ratio under the effect of agricultural wastewater treatment. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:① Agricultural irrigation runoff in Dianchi Lake east coast typical greenhouses and flower greenhouse cultivation area of peak time there is a certain lag time than the rain, but the lag time is not apparent regularity is affected by many factors, including the physical properties of the watershed(soil nature, vegetation cover) and features a number of factors related to rainfall(rainfall duration, rainfall intensity).② Greenhouse vegetables and flowers in greenhouses farm runoff COD, SS, ammonia nitrogen and TP concentration in general is higher than the vegetable greenhouses flowers, greenhouses, and contrary TN concentration.③ The combined effects of greenhouse vegetable greenhouses and flower farm runoff of water pollution index changes over time without a fixed law, mainly due to soil conditions in different crop areas, fertilizer application, the situation is different agricultural production operations of multiple factors.④ When methanol C / N> 5.12, sodium acetate C / N> 6.07, glucose C / N> 8.09, the denitrification reactor is better, up to the national "urban sewage treatment plant emission standards"(GB18918-2002) the a standard.⑤ Methanol’snitrogen removal is the best, followed by sodium acetate’s, glucose’s is worst.
