Trade And Industry Small Business Safety Standardization Evaluation System Optimization

This paper deals with the background of the study, meaning, contents, foreign and domestic research state of standardization in safety production. Standardization in safety production is to create an awareness of the national production safety management activities of the enterprise. In the larger quantity of nationwide casualty business case, it is necessary and significant to carry out standardization in safety production. But in the process of standardization in safety production activities,there have been some problems. Based on investigation results of the standardization in safety production in Changsha, the further analysis and research are processed in this paper.This article introduces the meaning of standardization in safety production,evaluation processes, relevant evaluation criteria and the related theoretical basis.Through a detailed overview of the evaluation process, we provide technical support for the study of problems in safety production system. Through the introduction of relative theory, we provide theoretical support for the study of standardization in safety production. we visited almost forty companies of the Changsha and survey the basic information of all the companies. In the researched enterprise small businesses are dominated, therefore it provides base for researching small business standardization in safety production.In this paper, the basic information about the situation of enterprises, consulting services, evaluation and oversight of organizational units are counted. We also research and analysis the existing problems,pointing out the problems and resolving problems by systematic methods. Safety standard production model is constructed with comprehensive and systematic analysis of the methods and propose measures to optimize its operation mechanism are put forward. Statisticsing and researching evaluation scores of 40 enterprise in Changsha, its air entry points has great impact on the evaluation results. Therefore,an empty entry points on the evaluation results affects significantly by regression analysis. Based on the actual investigation, new content item veto is proposed and reasonable results are obtained by Analytic Hierarchy Process for reassigning safety standardization evaluation indicators.
