Based on the former research of Carrier Aerated Bioreactors(CABR), the research methods which included reducing temperature and normal temperature, were adopted to test the CABR system on the effect of artificial sewage processing, and focused on comparative analysis of two kinds of environment performance, as well as found factors affecting reactor the treatment effect in the low temperature environment.The experiment proved that the CABR reactor under room temperature(25 ℃)minimum COD removal rate was 84.05%, the maximum was 94.29%; NH4+-N removal rate was 80.72% on average, the maximum was 85.92%; TN removal rate was 77.83% on average, the maximum was 81.66%. And low temperature(10℃~16℃) minimum COD removal rate was 65.57%, the maximum was 85.45%; NH4+-N removal rate was 76.55%on average, the maximum was 883.64%; TN removal rate was 65.00% on average, the maximum was 73.01%.When reducing the temperature from 16℃ to 10℃, the COD, NH4+-N and TN treatment effects began to decline, in the influent concentration tends to be stable under the condition of COD, the effluent concentration increased from 40mg/L to 70mg/L,NH4+-N effluent concentration increased from 6mg/L to 9mg/L, TN effluent concentration increased from 15mg/L to 25mg/L. When the temperature is reduced to10℃. TN removal efficiency decreased significantly. When the temperature of 16℃ and the hydraulic retention time was 8h, 10 h, 14 h, effluent effect increases with the increase of HRT, to achieve the best effect of water in HRT is 14 h, the removal rate of COD reached 83.20%, the highest removal rate of NH4+-N is 82.35%, the removal rate of TN is 74.72%. When the temperature of 12℃ and the hydraulic retention time was 8h, 10 h,14h, effluent effect with the increase of HRT increased slowly.The research results show that: In guaranteeing the CABR under the condition of basic water treatment performance, at low temperature(12℃) can achieve the processing standards.
